Forgotten Children's Fund

FCF North Counties

The North Counties Chapter of the Forgotten Children’s Fund is the extension of the Island County
Forgotten Children’s Fund that was first initiated at the M-C Ranch on Whidbey Island.

Building on the efforts of dedicated Island County volunteers, the expansion to North Counties will allow the
Forgotten Children’s Fund to reach struggling families in Island, Skagit and Snohomish Counties during the 2007 Holiday Season.

Our goal is to identify families striving to help themselves but who are still in need, and provide a ray of hope towards a brighter future.

Sometimes when trouble haunts a doorstep

And keeps the food shelves bare

Santa’s spirit can often clear the stoop

With help from those who care.

His bag is filled with toys and food

And love and gifts of hope

He knows at Christmas if you are without

It seems more difficult to cope.

That’s why Santa’s spirit is at this workshop

Preparing each and every day

To clear trouble from some doorsteps

In his very special way.

We invite you to join with us at this special time of the year to make the season brighter as a volunteer, or to make a donation.
