King County is the flagship
of the Forgotten Children’s Fund and known as the North Pole
to volunteers and recipients alike.
King County purchases,
collects, wraps and distributes gifts within the greater
King County area. We also distribute gifts throughout our
associate chapters, including Pierce County, North Counties
(Skagit, Island & Snohomish Counties) and Chelan County.

It all began Christmas of
1976 when a handful of dedicated volunteers took up the
cause. That first year we delivered to over 285 children in
81 families. Thanks to our committed volunteers in all of
our counties we are currently serving more than 2,900
children in 800 families!
